By using this website, you agree to follow and comply with all the Terms & Conditions mentioned here. In this document, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Mexemy authority.

Account / Profile Related Terms

1. Your account credentials (username and password) are strictly personal and confidential. Sharing your account information with any other person or platform is strictly prohibited.

If account sharing is detected, Mexemy reserves the right to terminate your account without prior notice, and you may lose access to your account permanently.

Payment Terms

1. Mexemy uses SSLCOMMERZ Payment Gateway for processing financial transactions related to our courses and services.

2. Users must purchase courses or services only through the payment methods supported by SSLCOMMERZ. Any other payment method will not be accepted or considered valid.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy applies equally to all users.

Before requesting a refund, users must carefully review and understand our refund policy.

Copyright Policy

1. Distribution, sharing, copying, or unauthorized use of any course content, materials, or services without written permission from Mexemy is strictly prohibited and considered a legally punishable offense.

2. All courses, services, and educational materials provided by Mexemy are the exclusive property of Mexemy. These resources are provided to users only for educational purposes through authorized access.

3. Sharing any video, text, document, or other course-related content with others, whether free of charge or in exchange for money, without written permission from Mexemy is strictly prohibited.

Any unauthorized distribution through online, offline, or any other medium may result in legal action under applicable laws, including:

• Copyright Act of Bangladesh

• Copyright Act 2000

• Copyright Act Amendment 2005 (Section 84)

• Digital Security Act 2018 (Section 19)

• Cyber Security-related laws and other applicable regulations

Mexemy reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against any unauthorized use or distribution of its content.

Anti-Piracy Policy

Mexemy strictly opposes piracy.

By using our website, courses, content, or services, you agree that you will not participate in, support, or encourage any form of piracy.

If any user is involved in piracy-related activities, Mexemy reserves the right to take appropriate legal action under applicable copyright and cyber security laws.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

By using Mexemy’s services, you acknowledge and accept all Terms & Conditions.

Mexemy reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any decision made by Mexemy regarding these policies will be considered final and users are required to comply with them.

Any activity that violates these terms may result in account restrictions, termination, or other necessary actions by Mexemy.

Authority of Mexemy

Mexemy reserves the right to verify user information at any time, including:

• National Identity Card (NID)

• Email address

• Phone number

• Other necessary information

Such verification is conducted to maintain platform security and protect user information. Mexemy may securely store and use this information when required for legitimate purposes.

Mexemy Affiliate Program Rules & Policy

Eligibility

The following requirements must be fulfilled to join the Mexemy Affiliate Program:

• Anyone interested can apply for the affiliate program.

• Applicants must have a genuine Facebook account.

• Applicants should have proper knowledge and understanding of Mexemy’s platform and services.

Registration

• Affiliates must register through Mexemy’s official website.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

• Existing Mexemy users do not need to provide account details again. They can simply visit the affiliate registration page and click the affiliate registration button.

• Applicants must explain how they plan to promote Mexemy courses.

• After submission, the application will be reviewed by our team. If the information is accurate and the applicant meets our requirements, they will be approved as a Mexemy affiliate.

Promotion Guidelines

• Affiliates must promote Mexemy affiliate links ethically and responsibly.

• Promoting affiliate links through unauthorized methods or outside approved marketing practices may result in account termination.

• Affiliates must not use false information, misleading claims, spam, or illegal methods for promotion.

Commission Structure

• Affiliates will receive 10%–18% commission on every successful sale.

Example:
If an affiliate sells a product worth ৳100, they may receive ৳10 commission based on the applicable commission rate.

Additional benefits:

• Extra incentives may be provided for achieving specific targets.

• After completing 10 successful referral sales, affiliates will receive an additional 5% commission increase.

• If a product price is reduced due to discounts or coupons, affiliate commission will be calculated based on the final selling price.

Payment Terms

• Affiliate commissions will be paid during the second week of the following month.

• For batch-based courses, affiliates can withdraw commissions after the batch officially starts.

• If a purchased product is refunded by the customer, the related commission will be removed from the affiliate account.

• Commission will not be payable during the refund eligibility period.

Refund eligibility period:

• Recorded courses: 3 days

• Batch courses: 1–1.5 months (until the batch starts)

• Affiliates must earn a minimum balance of ৳500 before requesting withdrawal.

Link Tracking & Reports

• Affiliates will receive access to the official Mexemy Affiliate Dashboard where they can manage promotions, track sales, and view reports.

• When a customer purchases through an affiliate link, the assigned affiliate will receive the applicable commission.

• Affiliate cookie validity period: 30 days

If a customer purchases within 30 days using the same browser where the affiliate cookie exists, the system will track the referral and generate commission accordingly.

Affiliate Account Termination

Mexemy reserves the right to remove affiliate accounts in cases including:

• Promoting affiliate links through spam comments, misleading posts, unauthorized websites, or inappropriate platforms.

• Using false promotional methods.

• Violating affiliate rules or policies.

In such cases, affiliate access may be removed and pending earnings may be cancelled according to policy.

• Affiliates inactive for more than 30 days may be removed from the program at Mexemy’s discretion.

Policy Updates

Mexemy reserves the right to modify or update affiliate rules and policies at any time.

Any changes will be communicated to affiliates and will become effective from the date of implementation.
