Refund Policy

Once you enroll in any of our online courses, no refund will be provided for that course. Since all our products are digital and become accessible immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds or returns for digital course products.

Situations Where You May Be Eligible for a Refund

You may request a refund in the following situations:

  • If you accidentally enroll in the same course multiple times.

  • If you purchase the same course multiple times using different accounts.

  • If you experience a technical issue related to payment processing.

Reasons Your Refund Request May Be Rejected

Your refund application may be rejected in the following cases:

  • If we find that you have knowingly submitted a false or misleading refund request.

  • If you submit a refund request more than 2 days after purchasing the course.

  • If you request a refund after completing the course.

  • If your refund request does not include a valid reason or proper explanation.

How to Apply for a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact Mexemy through our official support email:

In your email, you must include:

  • The reason for requesting a refund.

  • All required documents and information provided by Mexemy.

  • Proper details supporting your refund request.

Incomplete applications or applications without valid reasons may not be considered.

Refund Application Process

  • After receiving your refund request, Mexemy will review the application and notify the applicant. We may contact you for additional information if required.

  • If we are unable to contact the applicant, the refund request may remain on hold.

  • To request the release of a held refund, you must send another email with the subject:

“Applying for Release Held Refund”

  • During the refund review process, Mexemy reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to course content or remove course access if necessary.

  • Refund processing may take up to 7 business days after receiving the application. In some cases, the process may take longer.

  • If the refund is approved, the eligible amount will be returned. However, a 10% processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

Mexemy reserves the right to modify, update, or change this refund policy at any time, with or without prior notice.

However, we encourage all users to carefully review and understand this policy before making a purchase or submitting a refund request.

Any changes or updates to this policy will become effective from the date of publication. Refund requests submitted before any policy changes will be processed according to the previous version of the policy.
